Detective Audit app for iPhone and iPad

The Detective Audit - audit and search system app is for planning and organizing private investigations into the economic activities of legal entities registered in the Russian Federation.

This app for anyone who is interested in determining the business reliability of a company. The intended user group includes investors, directors of companies and banks, detectives, investigators, and employees of domestic and foreign intelligence agencies. Anyone can now determine the financial integrity index of a company, future business partner, client, or even an entity suspected of committing economic crimes.

The Detective Audit app can:
•automatically download data from the app’s archive
•conduct formal, logical checking of downloaded information
•perform automatic searches about the contractor in the unitary enterprise database of the Federal State Statistics Service
•analyse data for compliance with the methodology created by detective Alexander Krioni to determine the business reliability of legal entities
•make a preliminary conclusion about whether it is advisable to continue to work with the contractor by calculating the financial integrity index of business reliability
•keep a log of your private investigations

Russian companies do not need to give their consent for a private investigation to be conducted or for unofficial information to be provided.

The collection of information about businesses is regulated by the following laws and legislative acts: 1) Civil Code of the Russian Federation dated 30 November 1994, Article 139. Official and Commercial Secrets, and 2) Law No. 272-FZ ‘On Private Detective and Security Activity in the Russian Federation’, Article 3 Types of Security and Detective Services, 3) Russian Federation Law No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’, Article 6 Terms Governing the Processing of Personal Data, 4) Resolution of the Government of the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic No. 35, dated 5 December 1991 ‘On the List of Information that Shall Not Constitute a Commercial Secret’, 5) The provision on conducting accounting and financial reporting in the Russian Federation (approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 34n, dated 29 July 1998) (and amended on 30 December 1999), 6) Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation N19N, dated 10 March 1999.

В конце 2013 года Алекс Криони закончил работу над программой «Сыскной аудит», предназначенной для расчета аналитического “Индекса деловой надежности” - системы оценки вероятности того, что та или иная компания может являться однодневкой.

Индекс представляет собой значение от A до E. Более низкое значение индекса отражает большую вероятность, что компания создана не для уставных целей, а в качестве "транзакционной единицы", не имеющей существенных собственных активов и операций, или является "брошенным" активом.

При разработке модели анализировался весь практический опыт частных расследований, международный опыт, детально изучались различные факторы, которые могут свидетельствовать о неблагонадежности компаний, проверялись различные математические методы, на основании которых могут учитываться эти факторы.

Разработанная модель отрабатывалась на практической выборке, в которой представлены все компании, ставшие объектов расследования детектива Alex Crioni с 1998 по настоящее время. Это позволило рассчитать веса для каждого из 67 факторов, учитываемых при расчете Индекса.

Значение индекса рассчитывается с помощью аналитических методов модели Джона Аргенти и модели нечетко определенных множеств Л.Заде.

Предусмотрено два режима работы программы - Автоматический платный и Полуавтоматический - бесплатный. В полуавтоматическом режиме 9 из 67 факторов программой рассчитываются автоматически.

В дальнейшем модель по выявлению однодневок будет "обучаться" с учетом новых данных, статистики, совершенствоваться с учетом пожеланий пользователей.
